Orders are delivered safely via our trusted courier service. The costs and delivery times are as follows:

Collection of orders at our Pick-up Point is of No Charge. We’ll notify you once your order is ready and can be expected in 1-2 days from placing order.
Cape Town & Surrounds
Delivery fee of R120. (*Subject to change depending on size). Delivery can be expected within 2-3 working days from order.
Major Centers (Jhb, Dbn etc)
Delivery fee of R120* (*Subject to change depending on size). Delivery can be expected within 4-5 working days from placing order.
Regional and Other Areas
Delivery fee of R150* (*Subject to change depending on size). Delivery can be expected 4-5 days from placing order.
*LARGE PLANTS (20L and up)
The shipping/courier rate will be calculated at checkout based on your location and quantity of items selected.

Yes! Your Plants will arrive safely. We can guarantee this for the following reasons:
1. We strictly work with couriers that understand how to handle and transport Trees, Plants and other fragile goods with respect and care.
2. We have customized recycled packaging that protects your Plants during their journey and allows them to breathe freely.
3. We only stock plants which are comfortably able to manage the commute to you.
Yes, we regularly deal with and send large orders to farms, homesteads, ranches, urban projects and homes that require our products or services.

Remember that each plant varies, especially according to season as your order may have fewer leaves, flowers or fruit than the photos used on this website for illustration purposes. By placing your order, you acknowledge that you are fully aware of the pot and plant size that you have selected.
We are unable to accept returns on plants. If you are not entirely satisfied with the condition of your plant upon receipt thereof, please email us a picture of the plant, its label and your reason for dissatisfaction, within 24-48 hours of having received your plant.
Cancelation of Trees, Plants, Aquatic Plants:
You may cancel your order, provided that your order has not being dispatched from HQ.

What is your policy on DOA’s (Dead on Arrival) ?
Dead on arrival means the livestock is dead on arrival, NOT the following day! Credits will only be considered should other customers experience deaths on the same days’ deliveries. Please send an email with detailed descriptions AND a digital photo of DOA’s on white paper. No photo – no credit!
Cancelation of Other Items (Garden accessories, Lighting, Electronics):
Unfortunately, once ordered, your products would have already being processed and thus cancelling or changing your order will be extremely difficult. If this does occur and is within 3 hours after ordering, please drop us an email on grow@greencloudsolutions.co.za and we will inform you of the possible solutions.
Yes, we offer a Design and Consulting Service which can be arranged via appointment. Our design and consulting services are offered remotely via call/video call, photographs and/or email.

Don’t Freak out! In most cases, Plants that are unhappy will just need a little adjustment and care – for example, more/less water, fertilizer, a change in wind or lighting conditions. Plants are extremely resilient creatures, once adjusting conditions they will recover and thrive.
Alternatively if you are concerned just drop us a mail at grow@greencloudsolutions.co.za and we will gladly assist by providing you with a solution for your plants.

Damaged:
Generally a damaged plant was caused by the couriers, apologies for this.
Please send a picture to grow@greencloudsolutions.co.za of the damage within 3 business days upon receiving your plants. We will try our best to either refund or exchange your plant.
Wrong Product:
Please send a picture to grow@greencloudsolutions.co.za of your wrong plant for verification. Once verified we will arrange an exchange of your plant.
We are happy to include a personalized message to your recipient on your behalf. To do so please include a message in the note when checking out.
