- Begonia Maculata loves bright, indirect light, but can also survive in slighter lower light situations
- Never expose it to direct sunlight, because that will burn the leaves and dry them out
- Water it once per week and add liquid fertilizer once every two weeks in the growing season
- Allow to dry slightly between watering
- Avoid water on the leaves
- A well-drained potting mix is essential
- Add perlite if necessary
- If you have leaves that are yellow and dropping off, you are potentially keeping it too wet
